Capacity building can be defined as the process of developing and strengthening the skills, abilities, processes and resources that organizations and their staff need to adapt and develop in a fast-changing world. More concretely, this can be on the technical level by training software skills or on a more conceptual level by providing training in product specifications and how to translate them into the creation of the product.
